  2. Cut all vegetables to bite size
  3. Put vegetables in a glass tray
  4. Season vegetables with salt, pepper and rosemary
  5. Salt and pepper well on both sides of the chicken leg
  6. Cut butter into cubes
  7. Place butter cubes evenly over the vegetables
  8. Place 3 to 4 bay leaves on top of vegetable
  9. Place chicken legs on top of bay leaves, skin side up
  10. Sprinkle chilli flakes on the skin of the chicken leg
  11. Cover with tin foil and place in oven
  12. Cook for 40 minutes covered
  13. For the last 5 minutes, take the tray out and take tin foil off. Set oven to medium broil to crisp the skin of the legs
