The ingredients needed to make Avocado Pasta:
  1. Make ready 1/2 Kg Pasta of your choice
  2. Take 2 ripe Avocados(de-seeded and peeled)
  3. Get 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  4. Make ready 2 cloves garlic(Chopped)
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  6. Get to taste salt and Pepper powder(preferably black)
  7. Make ready 1/3 cup Oil
  8. Make ready 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions to make Avocado Pasta:
  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions, drain well. - Then to make the avocado sauce, combine avocados, basil, garlic and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor and season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Add oil in a slow stream until emulsified and the set-aside. In a large bowl, combine pasta, avocado sauce and some cherry tomatoes. Garnish with left Cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Serve immediately.
  2. If you want you can add Sweet Corns too it's optional.
