  2. Pour in the blended tomatoes and pepper,stir. Add in the tomato puree and stir continuously
  3. Add in the curry,thymes,Rosemary, seasoning cubes and salt. Continue to stir the sauce until well fried
  4. Then pour in the chicken stock or just hot water in the absence of chicken stock. Allow to boil,taste for salt and correct if the need be.
  5. Pour in the washed rice into the boiling sauce mixture,cover pot with foil paper and let it cook on low heat. Jollof rice is ready…
