Steps to make Fried modak:
- Take a vessel. In it add flour, salt and 2 spoon melted ghee. Mix well and add water to knead the flour and make dough. Keep it aside.
- Now take a pan and put it on gas stove. Put 2 spoons of ghee in it, add semolina and roast it till light brown. Add dryfruits, sugar and mawa and saute it and switch off the gas. Let it cool for 2 minutes.
- Now make small roti of dough and in the center of the roti put the semolina material and join the corner of roti. (Join the roti in such a way that material will not come out while frying). Make all modak like this and then fry.
