- Once the yolks are in a mixing bowl you are going to want to toss in your mayonnaise and your guacamole. I normally just eyeball the ammount but I measured this time [I used lone _ wolf _ kitchen's recipe for the mayo and guacamole]
- Now you are going to add your garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. And stir it all up!
- I like to stir mine with a fork and keep some egg yolk chunks in there, but stir it all up to the consistency you like!
- When you are all done stirring, use a spoon to fill each half egg with your mixture till all of it is gone. You will have plenty to fill each egg. Once each egg half is filled, sprinkle the top with some chili powder and you are ready to serve!
