  1. Take a handi. Add water. After boiling add salt, whole garam masala and oil. Then add basmati rice. Cook it upto 60 percent. Drain the water. Kept in a plate
  2. Cut carrots, beans, onion into small pieces. Take a karai add cashunut, fry it and remove it. Add onion, fry it until golden brown. Then remove it, Then add carrots and beans and salt and fry it. Add 60 percent cooked rice into it and cook it.
  3. Add fried onion and then cook it for few times. Then add fried cashu and ghee and cook it for 5 mintes. Fried Rice is ready to serve.
