- Prepare 1/4 kg beef
- Prepare 1 kg rice Pishori
- Make ready 150 ml oil
- Take 4 big onions
- Get 2 cubes maggi

- Get 1 table spoon garlic
- Make ready 1 table spoon ginger
- Make ready 2 table spoons pilau masala
Pilau is a rice dish that is cooked in a seasoned broth, with some pieces of beef, chicken and sometimes peas, nuts and raisins, and whose brown. - Add the beef stock water And always remember the ratio is 1;2, meaning 1 cup of rice, you'll need 2 cups of water. As the water starts to boil add the salt and finally the rice. Cover and let it cook. Remember, no soy sauce is required nor tomato paste for that matter.
- As the water reduces, reduce the heat to avoid burning and sticking.
Let the spices burn a bit and add salt. Add the tomatoes and red bell pepper followed by potatoes. Great use of beef stew meat! Wonderful beef stew with coriander, coconut and tomatoes. This is a dish from East Africa, but has lots of Indian influence.
