- Put shrimp in fridge for about 5 minutes while the oil heats up.
- In a small sauce pan mix together the hot sauce, butter, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Set aside and keep warm on low.
- Drip the shrimp in the egg mixture and then in the flour. Placing the shrimp in the flour individually, coating each one before frying.
- Add shrimp to the pan and fry in batches of six or more but don't over crowed them.
- Drain shrimp and toss is the sauce that you set aside. Enjoy
