- Mix it all well together. Next, flour your hands and roll the mixture into patties, then roll them in some flour. Put the patties on a tray lined with parchment paper
- Then, brush the patties with some olive oil on one side only and sprinkle with salt. Put the tray in an oven preheated to 220°C for about 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, flip the patties and brush the dry side with olive oil. Put them in the oven for 15 additional minutes
