- Boil 1 small beetroot,cool and grate it.Mash cottage cheese 3 tbsp and keep aside.Chop one onion and saute with zeera 1/2 tsp,add 2 chopped green chilli add salt to taste,saute onions till light golden.switch off gas, cool mixture.
- Chop fresh green coriander 2 tsp,2 tsp mint.Mix cottage cheese,grated beetroot,sauted onion mixture.Add 2 tbsp roasted oats powder,add roasted crushed peanuts 2 tsp.Add 1/4 TSP red chilli powder,1/2 tsp chat masala.Mix all together.keep in fridge for 15 min.Remove from fridge make round tikki shape,if wet can use cornflour to roll.Shallow fry tikki and serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
