Instructions to make Beetroot -Corn Pulao:
- Wash and soak the rice.Then Heat oil in a pan,add whole spices,after a minute add chopped onions and saute it.
- Fry the onions till golden colour then add green chillies and tomatoes to it.
- Once tomatoes are cooked add peeled and chopped beetroot and biryani masala,saute well and let it cook on low flame.
- Now add soaked rice and mix it well.
- Add corns,water,salt and lemon juice,,cook for 3 minutes and then cover and cook for 10 minutes..
- Let it sit for few minutes and then serve hot.
