- Now it's time to decorate our chaat bring a plate add 4 Tablespoons of prepared mix (Ghuguni) then add chopped onions, chopped cucumber, grated Beetroot, 1 Teaspoon of Curd, 2 teaspoon of Tamrind masala mix, sev, papdi add black salt, chaat masala powder and coriander leaves. Repeat the same process with the remaining chaat and serve.
