Instructions to make Vegetable Cutlet:
  1. In a pan heat oil add chopped onions, ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute well
  2. Now add all Veggies - capsicum, Carrots, beetroot, green peas
  3. Add salt and saute well till vegetables are soft and tender
  4. Add mix herbs, red chilli flakes and lemon juice
  5. Add boiled potatoes and mix well.
  6. Add bread Crumbs and mix well.
  7. Add salt again as per taste and add chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Now switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down then make a dough
  9. Now give desirable shapes to your Cutlets I used heart shaped cookie cutter.
  10. Now dip these Cutlets in all purpose flour slurry and then in bread crumbs. Now deep fry in oil till it becomes crisp. It takes 2-3 minutes on medium flame for Cutlets to become brown and crisp
  11. Now take out Cutlets on Kitchen towel. Serve Hot with Tomato ketchup and Bread. Enjoy this recipe and share your comments.
