  1. Takea wok or pan heat desi gheein it add green cardamoms & grated beetroot saute for 5-6 mins till half of the water goes off.
  2. Then gradually add Rose petals mixing it nicely with rosewater.
  3. Add Sugar and cook till ghee leaves it's sides. Take out in a plate let it cool a bit not completely. Spare the cardamoms. Meanwhile grease the cookie moulds with ghee.
  4. Once cool give different shapes to your sweet with different cookie moulds…followed with one layer of your rose& beetroot mixture, then a thin layer of grated almonds. Garnish with chopped pistachios & serve.
