- Stir it on medium/high heat till the halwa dries.
- Add the remaining clarified butter & mix well.
- Stir for 2 minutes on medium/high heat.
- Add cardamom powder & mix well.
- Add nuts of your choice & serve warm.
Reheat carrot halwa just before serving with a little milk. If not serving immediately, refrigerate carrot halwa and re-heat and serve when desired.
