  1. Mix all the wet ingredients first including salt, sugar and mixed herbs but excluding noodles and Knead everything very well.. Lastly add cornflour and bread crumbs then again Knead well to form a hard dough..
  2. Now give the shape of your choice and coat it with noodles and deep fry them and serve it hot with the ketchup or mayo of your choice.
