- Take chickpea flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and make a smooth batter the consistency should not be too thick nor too thin.
- Now add the grated beetroot to it and mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Now take a non-stick pan grease it with olive oil and pour a spoon of the batter on it and roast it from both the sides
- After it has been roasted from both the sides add boiled sprouted moong and chopped tomato mixture in the middle & sprinkle chaat masala on it.
- Before adding Moong and tomato mixture add a little salt and red chilli powder to it & mix well. Note- Onions could also be added to it but here i have not used onions
- Fold it and close it tightly
