The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Moong Chilla:
  1. Make ready 2 cups soaked moong dal
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger

  6. Take 1 cup Paneer
  7. Get 2 Carrots

Instructions to make Stuffed Moong Chilla:
  1. Firstly soak moong dal for about 3-4 hours.
  2. Now after it is soaked rinse off the water from it and turn it into a blender to make a smooth paste.
  3. You can also add a little bit of water as per the requirement.
  4. Add ginger,garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies to it.
  5. Now the batter will look like this.
  6. Add salt to it.
  7. Keep it aside and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Now mix the batter well so that there is no lumps in it.
  9. On the other hand take a bowl and add all the vegetables as per your taste(grated carrots,beet root, onions,tomatoes,paneer)
  10. Mix it all well
  11. Now heat the tava and with the help of a laddle put one laddle of the moong dal batter on it and spread it the way we spread the dosa batter.
  12. Take a spoon of oil and spread it over the sides of the dosa.
  13. Now turn it to the other side for jst 10-15 seconds.
  14. Now add the vegies mixture over it.
  15. You can plate it as it is or u can also roll it and serve it on a plate.
  16. Serve it with chutneys.
