  8. Do not stir gravy. Cover and let the eggs get cooked in medium heat until it fully cooked.
  9. The tasty curry can be served 30 minutes later.

I use ghee instead of butter and serve it over cauliflower rice. Pour the remaining whisked eggs evenly into the cauliflower cups, then add toppings of your choice.
