The ingredients needed to make Lobster Mash:
  1. Prepare 1 1/2 lbs potatoes
  2. Prepare 8 oz lobster meat(head or claw)
  3. Prepare 1/2 stick butter
  4. Make ready 1 tbs sour cream
  5. Take 2 oz milk
  6. Make ready 1 tbs minced onion(dehydrated works fine) optional
  7. Prepare 2 cloves garlic minced
  8. Make ready to taste Salt & pepper
Instructions to make Lobster Mash:
  1. Peel, cut and boil potatoes till soft. Drain water and add milk, half the butter, sour cream,salt and pepper to taste. Mash to desired consistency and mix well. Keep on warm
  2. Dice lobster meat. Melt rest of butter and sauté onions and garlic till soft and shiny then add lobster meat and cook one min(lobster cooks fast) or it becomes tough. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Plate mash potatoes and top with the garlic butter lobster, you can top with fresh mild cheddar or you can mix it into mash. Enjoy
