Instructions to make Kofta Curry:
- Bhony huay chany lein ke unko pees ke powder bana lein (iss ki jaga thora dry roasted bassan b lein skty hain)
- Ab pyaz r green chilli ko cut kar ke bareek chop kar lein.
- Egg, r garlic paste aur sary masaly 1,1 tsp measure kar ke rakh lein.
- Bilkul dry Bareek keema - • keema krny sy pehly meat ko wash kar lein r 2 dfa keema machine sy guzar lein phr bad mein wash nai krna.
- Ab keema measure kiye huay sary masaly add karein sath hu lassan ka paste aur egg b add kar lein.
- Ab issko hath sy achi trah mix kar lein. Phr iss mein bhuny huay chany ka powder add karein aur phr achi hathon sy achi trah mix kar lein.
- Ab iss mein bareek chop kiya hua onion and green chilies add kar ke mix kar lein. Aur ab issy 10 to 15 minutes cover kar rest dein.
- (Ap sari chizen aik sath chopper mein dal kar b mix kar skty hain)
- Ab iss ke same size ke kofty bana ken (hathon sy hi gol shap dein)
- Pan mein oil dal ke medium flame py kofton ko dono slides sy almost 5 minutes fry kar lein.
- Kofty fry ho gy hain ab inko nikal sy side py rakh dein. (Sirf kofty b ketchup ke sath kha skty hain)
- Gravy: kofta Gravy tyar krny ke liye sab sy pehly pan mein oil aur payaz aur lassan ke javy dal ke halka brown kar lein.
- Ab tomatoes ko cut kar iss mein dal dein.
- Medium to low flame py tomatoes ko soft kar lein.
- Jab tomatoes soft ho jaen tu adrak, lassan, pyaz and tomatoes ko oil ke sath hi blender jar mein dal ke achi trah blend kar ke aik paste bana lein.
- Ab iss paste ko dubara pan mein transfer karein aur stove py rakh dein.
- Ab iss mein salt, red chilli powder ayr haldi powder add karein.
- Danya powder add karein r thora thora pani dal dal ke 5 to 8 minutes bhon lein iss masaly ko.
- Ab iss mein yogurt add karein r phr achi tarh bhonai karein.
- Ab hmara gravy masala tyar hai.
- Iss mein fry kiye huay kofty add karein aur 3 sy 4 minutes bhon lein(bhonty huay buht zaida chamach na hilaen)
- Ab iss mein pani add kar dein. Aur cover kar medium flame py pakny dein(ap jitni thick gravy pasand krty hain utni rakh lein)
