  2. Make ready 1/4 cup Toor dal
  3. Get 1 tumbler Coconut milk
  4. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  7. Get for Tempering–
  8. Take 1 tbsp oil
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds

Steps to make Mango Curry:
  1. Cut raw mango into large pieces.
  2. Pressure cook toor dal for 4 whistles.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, needed salt and sliced mango pieces to the cooked dal.
  4. Once coconut milk is added Allow to boil for one time in medium flame. Don't boil more time.
  5. Finally add the tempering to the curry.
  6. Now the delicious Raw mango curry is ready to serve.
