  1. Preheat oven to °400. In a cake pan add creamy corn, corn, butter, 1/2 cup of milk, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp of sugar, salt & pepper. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. In a bowl, add 2 pkgs yellow corn bread mix, 1 1/2 cup of milk, eggs, 3/4 cup of sugar. Mix with hand mixer. When well mixed add cup of cheese and mix about ten to fifteen seconds. Pour mix over the corn mixture. Top with parsley. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until corn bread is golden brown.
