I usually pressure cook the green peas pulao, but you can cook the pulao in a pot. If cooking in a pot, then the water quantity should be increased a bit. Corn pulao or sweet corn pulao is a simple one pot meal, packed with flavours. Make it with fresh or frozen, it turns great.

- In a pan, heat oil or butter and add jeera and ginger garlic paste.
