  2. Transfer the corn paste to a large bowl. Add in mashed potato, gram flour, rice flour, cornflour, chaat masala and salt. Combine everything well.
  3. Divide the corn mix into 10 equal portions. Roll and shape each portion into a 2.5 inch round flat tikki.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium flame. Add 2 tbsp oil and spread it all over. Place 4-5 tikkis at a time over it and shallow fry from both sides until golden brown on medium-low flame. Complete frying rest of the tikkis.
  5. Place the prepared tikkis on a plate. Spoon some curd and tomato sauce over them. Next add chopped onion, chopped tomato, few sweet corns, pomegranate seeds, sev and chopped coriander leaves.
