Instructions to make Aloo sweet corn sabzi:
- Wash for s properly. Chopped brinjal and potato in small cubes. Add this all into pressure cooker, add 1 and 1/2glass water & some salt, do 2 whistle. Let it set for 10 min. Meanwhile roughly chopped onion and tomato, and crush into hand chopper.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and asfoitida. Then add chopped onion and tomato, let it saute for 5-7min till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin and coriander powder. Mix well and saute for a while. Then add cooked corn, brinjal and potato.
- Mix well and simmer for 4-5min. If needed add some hot water and simmer. Serve got with roti or paratha.
Add a cup of water, garam masala and cook simmered until the gravy reaches a saucy consistency.
