The ingredients needed to make Masala Tea:
  1. Get 2 cups water
  2. Take 2 tsp sugar
  3. Take 2 tsp tea powder
  4. Get 3 cloves
  5. Make ready 1 small stick cinnamon
  6. Prepare 1 green cardamom
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp ginger, roughly chopped
  8. Prepare 7-8 mint leaves
  9. Take 1/4 cup milk
Steps to make Masala Tea:
  1. In a vessel take water. Add ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and mint leaves. Let the water come to a boil. Add sugar and tea powder. Let it boil. Simmer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Once the tea is well cooked strain it and throw away the leaves and masala. Put the strained tea back in the vessel. Add milk and let it boil.
  3. Simmer for a few minutes. Enjoy masala tea hot off the stove top.
