- First blanch sweet corn and add rice flour, corn flour and besan very well and again strain to remove extra flour.
- Fry flour coated sweet corn on high flame add till very crispy. And transfer in a bowl.
- Now add one by one chopped onion, tricolor capsicum, green garlic, coriander salt red chilli powder, black salt lemon juice and mix well.
