  2. Rice ko crush kar lain ya coarsely grind kar lain or doodh mein add kar ke 30-35 minutes ke liye paknay dain jab take kheer thick ho jaye or chawal pak jaen.
  3. Aik pan ko ghee sy grease karen, cheeni add karen, spoon chalati rahen ke wo caramel ban jaye tou 1-2 tbsp pani daal kar achi trha usko dissolve kar lain.
  4. Ab us caramel ko kheer mein daalen or 5-8 minutes pakaen. Sath hi Elaichi powder or thoray say nuts add kar dain. Thick ho jaye tou flame off karen. Nuts sy garnish karen. Thanda ya garam serve karen.
