- Prepare 250 g baking chocolate
- Make ready 360 g tin caramel topping
- Prepare Desicated coconut
Steps to make Caramel Truffles:
- Melt the chocolate. And spread in mould. Place in fridge for 5 mins
- Remove from fridge and fill with caramel topping and descidcated coconut.
- Fill more melted chocolate on top and place back into fridge. Once harden, loosen from moulds.
- You can also add 100s and 1000s at the bottom of the mould before spreading out the chocolate. Tip : you can use anything that is non stick and can hold the shape, i used egg trays
