Masala dosa or masale dose or masaldosa is a variation of the popular South Indian dosa, which has its origins in Tuluva Mangalorean cuisine of Tulu Nadu.   1. Soak Green moong dal + Channa dal + puffed rice for 4-6 hours. Less soaking time will give you crispier dosa.
  2. In a mixer grind the soaked ingredients + cumin seeds+ ginger + chilli. Grind it smooth.

  4. Now add chopped onions + hing + salt + jaggery to the pesarattu batter and add water if required.
  5. In a dosa pan brush some oil and pour the batter. Add masala on top of it. Roast it on both the sides
