  1. For Omena- Put the the oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add the onions
  2. Fry until they start turning golden brown and add the garlic.
  3. Stir for a minute and add the fried omena
  4. Stir fry them for a minute and add tomatoes.
  5. Cover and simmer for four minutes or until you are satisfied your tomatoes are well cooked
  6. Add chopped Shania and stir well, switch off your gas
  7. For Sukuma - Put oil in a pan and add the onions
  8. Fry till golden brown and add your sukuma.
  9. Stir for about 5 mins and get off the gas
  10. For Sima - Boil your water. When it's done add the flour and stir to a consistency you like,cook for about 5 minites and it's ready
  11. Serve all three piping hot and enjoy your kisumu boys😉
