The ingredients needed to make Veggie Omelette:
  1. Take Chopped fresh spinach
  2. Get Green bell pepper
  3. Prepare Red, yellow, orange peppers

  2. Heat skillet (non stick skillet)or use cooking oil spray to spray skillet before heating
  3. Place veggies in skillet and allow them to saute
  4. Add seasoning while cooking: black pepper, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning & a pinch of pink Himalaya salt. Set aside when done
  5. In a small bowl wisk eggs & tsp of milk. Pour in heated skillet. Once the egg batter began to bubble at the bottom add sauteed veggie in the middle of the eggs & add cheese
  6. Fold the omelette & flip as it browns
  7. Place on a plate & enjoy
