- Prepare Half kg Gizzard
- Prepare 2 onions
- Get 3 tomatoes
- Get 1 green bell pepper
- Get 1 yellow bell pepper
- Take 1 red bell pepper
- Take leaves Coriander
- Make ready Little oil
- Make ready Salt
Steps to make Fried Gizzard:
- Prepare your ingredients. Wash the gizzards properly under running water. Then pour lil oil to frying pan and let it heat till you see some smoke.
- Add your buzzards to the frying pan making sure they don't overlap one another. Let them heat till they turn brown
- Add the onions n let them cook
- Add your garlic(optional) when onions start to brown
- After 2 minutes add the tomatoes and let them cook
- You can add little water at this stage to juice the tomatoes. Ohh it's already yummy jus by look of it
- After tomatoes have cooked, add the bell pepper and let them cook for around 3 mins to b crunchy
- Add the coriander(dhania) as you turn off the heat.
- N wallah it's ready enjoy with ur loved ones. Serve with ur favourite accompaniments like rice or mashed potatoes and some veges(optional)
