To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook kale chips using 6 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Kale Chips:
- Get 1 Kale
- Get 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp. onion powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp. paprika
- Prepare 1 tsp. sea salt
Instructions to make Kale Chips:
- Preheat oven to 300F/ 150C. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
- Remove leaves from the stems of the kale and roughly tear it up into large pieces. Wash the leaves and dry.
- Combine all dry seasoning into a bowl and set aside.
- Add kale leaves into a mixing bowl. Add olive oil to the mixing bowl and make sure to coat thoroughly. Now sprinkle on the dry seasonings, toss to combine.
- Spread out the kale leaves onto the baking pan evenly. Bake for 20 - 25 mins.
- Take out the pan and cool the kale on the baking pan for a few mins, this will make the kale chips crispier.
