- Prepare 1 cup water
- Make ready 2 tsp sendha namak

- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Take water in a large bowl and add 1 tsp salt in it mix well and keep aside.
- Wash a banana and peel off the skin of banana.
- Now slice banana to thick slices using slicer directly in salt water. Gently rub banana slices and place all slices in a plate so water drain out completely.
- Now ghee is ready for frying. Drop banana slices one by one in hot ghee to avoid sticking to each other.
- Stir occasionally and fry on medium flame until turns crispy.
- Drain off all chips in a plate sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt (if needed). Give it a quick mix and keep aside.
- Repeat the same process for remaining bananas.
- Store it in a air tight container and enjoy.
- Note–You can use peanut oil also for frying
