Turn the heat on to medium-med/high heat and stir constantly until it comes to a boil. You have to babysit this but it’s worth it. Once it boils pull it off the heat. It’ll overflow really quick if you don’t take it off soon enough. Let it boil then pull it off.
  2. Beat your egg whites to a soft peak and temper them with a little of the hot custard, then pour them into the pot and whisk well.
  3. Ladle some Into a cup and enjoy! Spike it with rumchata if you’re feeling frisky!!
