- Heat oil in a deep pan/ kadai for deep frying. Once hot, add masala quoted bitter gourd & potato slices to the oil, slice by slice, in batches.
- Fry on medium low flame on both sides till they turn golden and crisp. Remove them from oil and place on absorbent paper to drain excess oil.
- Serve them garnished with fried red chillies as a tea time snack or as a side dish with lunch.
