  2. Get 1 small onion, chopped

  4. Prepare 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  5. Make ready 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  6. Take 1 cup beef broth
  7. Prepare 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  8. Take Seasonings to taste: pepper, garlic powder, Italian sg, parsley
Instructions to make Cheesy Goulash:
  1. In a large pot cook onion, hamburger and seasonings until browned.
  2. Drain and return to pot.
  3. Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, macaroni & beef broth.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium low and simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
  5. Cook until moisture is absorbed & macaroni is cooked. Add in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; stir to combine.
  6. Turn off heat & top with remaining cheese.
  7. Place lid back on just long enough to melt cheese.
