- Take Coating chicken(1 cup flour,1 tsp paprika,1 tsp garlic pwd,1 tsp salt)
- Prepare For gravy(1 sliced onion,2 cloves garlic,1/2 inch ginger and 3 green chillies chopped)pinch of sugar
- Take Vegetables mixed (1 1/3 cup)cabbage/carrot/capsicum
- Get 1 tbsn soya sauce,1 tbsn tomato ketchup and 1 tbsn chilli sauce,1 tbsn green chilli sauce
- Get Spring onions to garnish
Instructions to make Crispy chicken 😍:
- Cut chicken into long,thin strips.now marinade with 1 tbsn all purpose flour,cornstarch,chilli sauce
- Soya sauce and salt.mix well.now take all purpose flour in a bowl add in paprika pwd,garlic pad and salt and mix well.now coat each chicken fingers.
- Now shallow fry all the chicken fingers.now heat 1 tbsn oil in a pan/wok and add in sliced onion,chopped garlic,chopped ginger and chopped green chillies and saute few seconds
- Now add the vegetables and mix well,now add the sauces,sugar and saute few seconds,check seasoning. Now add the cornstarch mixture.now add in the fried chicken fingers and toss it up well. Garnish with spring onions.serve hot
