  4. When water stays cold when added leave pot full with enough to cover eggs. Leave to soak 30 minutes to 1 hour to fully cool eggs.
  5. Peel and prepare for whatever use you have in mind. Note: There are a million "tricks" for easily peeled eggs, but it truly is best to use "less than fresh" eggs. About a week after purchase is best.
